Operating procedures for advection dissolved air flotation machines

1.Before starting, check whether there are any obstructions around the equipment, whether there are leakage points in the pipeline interfaces and valves of the advection dissolved air flotation equipment, whether the electrical facilities meet the safety management regulations, and whether the safety protection devices of the operating equipment are complete.

2. According to the process requirements, the added drugs are dissolved, stored and set aside.

3. At the beginning of this test machine, the sewage pump should be opened first, and then the dissolved gas system should be opened.

4. When the machine is turned on normally, the dissolved gas system should be opened first, so that the gas and water are mixed and circulated, the advection dissolved air flotation machine and the pressure should be adjusted, and the sewage pump should be opened after balancing. Adjust the size of the valve according to the amount of water until it reaches the water discharge standard, and mark the two valves for the next start-up.

5. Discharge sewage regularly and backwash until there is no sludge at the sewage outlet.

6. When stopping, stop the dissolved gas system first, then stop the sewage pump, and close the main valve of each drug tank, adjust the valve, and generally do not need to close it after adjustment. The dirt inside and outside the tank should be cleaned up after a long shutdown, and the drug tanks should be washed and cleaned.

(1) It is forbidden to add at the same time while dispensing (the concentration cannot be guaranteed); Drug-free idling is prohibited.

(2) It is strictly forbidden to pour the required agent directly into the dissolving box when preparing PAM, so as to prevent the agent from agglomerating and affecting the use effect of the agent, and at the same time wasting the agent and increasing the treatment cost.

(3) Control the relative proportion of the agent and the amount of water to keep the concentration of the agent relatively stable and reduce the impact on the treatment system;

(4) Timely preparation of pharmaceutical agents to ensure the normal operation of the reaction cell;

(5) Strengthen the daily maintenance and management of dosing equipment to avoid the occurrence of running, running, dripping and leakage.
